Return & Refund Policy

At ROA POP, all products are personalised and made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Personalisation Responsibility

Please ensure all personalisation details (including spelling, colours, and selections) are entered correctly at checkout.

ROA POP is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Production & Variations

As each item is custom made, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. These are not considered faults.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have begun and changes may not be possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
